Paseo Royal Country 4596, Puerta de Hierro, Zapopan, Jalisco, México, ZIP Code 45116, which acts as licensee of the previous mentioned brand.

CORPORATIVO SERYSI is pleased to welcome you to its website, dedicated to the promotion and commercialization under the “Sheló NABEL” trademark name, to which you can access in the following URL: (from now on, referred as “Site”), or under any URL, hyperlink, tab o button included in another website that redirects to the Site.This Site is linked to the website pages, edited by the society CORPORATIVO SERYSI S. DE R.L. DE C.V. and which use is regulated under specific conditions. Therefore, the present terms of use will only be applied to those pages edited by the society CORPORATIVO SERYSI S. DE R.L. DE C.V. as long as you can directly access to them.

The use of the Site must be adjusted to the dispositions in the present terms of use. Accessing the Site, any person navigating through the Site (now referred as the “User”) declares to have read and unconditionally accepted the present terms of use, and compromises to adjust the them and fulfill the following dispositions under any circumstance:

The reproduction of the eventual documents published in the Site is authorized only for informative effect, under the setting of strictly personal and private use. It is expressly prohibited any total or partial reproduction or representation of the Site, or of any of the elements that form it, in any format, to other effects, especially commercial effects.

2. ACCESS TO THE SITE

CORPORATIVO SERYSI S. DE R.L. DE C.V. will do everything possible to grant access to the Site, although it is not obligated by any means. DE C.V. makes best endeavors to propose content and services of quality, competent and adapted to the standard computer systems available in the market, although in no case it guarantees the lack of mistakes, defects or vices of design that could prevent its use or installation. CORPORATIVO SERYSI S. DE R.L. DE C.V. will not take responsibility in any case for the consequences, direct or indirect, and/or the eventual damages caused by defects or piracy of these programs.

3. USE OF THE SITE CONTENT

a) General dispositions

On the Site, CORPORATIVO SERYSI S. DE R.L. DE C.V. puts in disposition of the Users downloadable content (hereafter referred as Downloadable Contents), which are explicitly identified as such with the mention of “Download” or a specific tab to that effect.

Clicking the “Download” button or when downloading, installing, copying or using Downloadable Contents, the User commits to use them to the following terms:

(i) License

(ii) Loyalty

The User commits to use the Downloadable Contents in a loyal way.

In that sense, the User commits not to use the Downloadable Contents in an illegal way, and more specifically, not to create, represent, transmit, share, stock or spread in or through any of the Downloadable Contents harmful, threatening, slanderous, not authorized, abusive, offensive, malicious, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent contents that put private life or copyright at risk, that incites violence, racial or ethnic hate or that turn out to be blameable of other motifs.

Any use of Downloadable Contents which do not comply with its original approach or break the present dispositions could generate the imposition of criminal and civil penalties according to the applicable law.

(iii) Exclusion of liability

The User recognizes that the Downloadable Contents could not be temporarily available for technical reasons and in particular for maintenance reasons or of other kind. CORPORATIVO SERYSI S. DE R.L. DE C.V. does not assume any responsibility in case of mistakes, omissions, interruptions, elimination, defects, lateness in the working of transmission, failure of communication lines, robbery, destruction, non-authorized use or deterioration of the Downloadable Contents.

CORPORATIVO SERYSI S. DE R.L. DE C.V. does not assume any responsibility in case of technical failure when using a computer or telephone lines, at accessing the Internet or any other incident. CORPORATIVO SERYSI S. DE R.L. DE C.V. neither assumes responsibility of damages suffered by the User or its computer equipment, or of third parties, that can derive from the downloading of Downloadable Contents from the Site.

Finally, CORPORATIVO SERYSI S. DE R.L. DE C.V. does not assume responsibility for any technical failure or anomaly of hardware or software (viruses, programming mistakes, etc.) apart from their own character, that could happen in the User’s system, in its computer equipment and the data stored in it, and/or the consequences that can derive with its personal, professional or commercial activity.

c) Hyperlinks installed in the Site

The hyperlinks installed in the Site may lead the User to website of different partners. On this matter, it specifies that CORPORATIVO SERYSI S. DE R.L. DE C.V. has not verified all the websites that could be linked to it, neither the content nor the information in them, and therefore, does not assume any responsibility in relation of the content of such sites and the use made by the User in them.
