  • How can i get an order? 

  1. Telemarketing

For better service to our affiliates, we need you have in hand the following, when you are placing your order.:

  1. Contract number / full name.

  2. Credit or debit card, bank transfer information or your deposit information.

  3. Payment methods:

  2. List of the products to order (Code, product and quantity). You can check the price in your price list according to your discount: 40% (Wholesale) or 50% (Entrepreneur).

We must add the prices of the products to the order (with discount included). If the grand total is more than $ 226 USD, the shipping is included; if it is less than $ 226 USD the shipping cost will be $ 10 USD which must be included in the deposit or in the card payment.

  • Which are the offices hours? 

Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. at 6:00 p.m. Saturday from 10:00 a.m. at 2:00 pm. 

  • What is the delivery time?

All orders placed by phone or virtual office, have an average delivery time of 4 to 5 business days, using UPS package.

  • When are the commission paid?

The corresponding payment of the commissions generated during a period (PCG) are deposited or can be reinvested from the second Saturday of each month, after the month be ended.

  • What percentage of commission do i gain?

The percentage of gain depends of the affiliate discount. In the next chart we show you the percentage according to the discount:

50% SPONSOR / 40% AFFILIATE = 10%

50% SPONSOR / 50% AFFILIATE = 5%

40% SPONSOR / 50% AFFILIATE = 5%

40% SPONSOR / 40% AFFILIATE = 5% 

  • How do i get the password for my virtual site?

To have a better monitoring of your network, Sheló NABEL gives you access to your virtual site (Virtual Office). There you can see everything related to sales and commissions that its affiliates have generated during the current period. To have the access, please email to: serviceusa@shelonabel.com

  • How can i affiliate someone from another city?

To enroll a person in a different state where there is no business center.

You have to call the Telemarketing line, to register. Make the payment with card or by deposit. This can be done by the person who will be affiliated or the sponsor. Then, follow the instructions that the operator will tell you.

  • Are there international shipments?

At the moment our distribution area is in Mexico and in the United States, to make a shipment you have to contact the Telemarketing of the corresponding country. Depending on where the package will be delivery. 

  • What is the value of “Business” marked in the price list?

Is the price free of taxes, meaning, the price under which we establish the percentage of commissions to pay.
